Randy Dowdy, MS
Director of Behavioral Services
Randy has spent over 15 years working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and he’s passionate about providing care that is respectful, supportive, and empowering. As Director of Behavioral Services at Adaptive SDP, he helps shape programs that center the needs of each individual and family, working closely with team members to ensure every person feels seen, heard, and valued. With a warm, collaborative approach, Randy is committed to creating environments where participants can thrive, grow, and lead meaningful lives on their own terms.
Mike Velasco
Mike helped build Adaptive SDP with a clear purpose: to create a program that feels seamless, compassionate, and responsive to the real needs of individuals and families. His vision has shaped every part of the experience, from how people first connect with us to how services are delivered day-to-day. Mike is deeply committed to making sure every participant feels supported and understood, and he works closely with the team to design flexible, inclusive programs that meet people where they are. Driven by a belief that everyone deserves a path forward that works for them, Mike continues to lead with care, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose.
Steve Salcido
Steve keeps Adaptive SDP running with consistency, structure, and care. With over a decade of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, he ensures that every part of our operations—from staffing and compliance to billing and scheduling—works seamlessly behind the scenes. His focus on organization and reliability helps our team provide dependable, high-quality support to every participant. Guided by professionalism and compassion, Steve plays a vital role in making sure Adaptive SDP remains a place families can trust and staff can thrive.
